Our location is in beautiful and warm Costa Blanca with its own beach “Cala de la Fustera” and its own many restaurants within easy walking distance from Our accommodation. Undoubtedly probably one of the most beautiful and cozy areas of the Costa Blanca, where you can enjoy almost all year-round crystal-clear turquoise water and the mountains only a short drive away, if you prefer then you can take off to the pleasant many natures walks whether along the coast or in the mountains. The whole area is full of amenities and places to visit, helping you to make it an unforgettable holiday.

Sun-Trek Villa 1

Our newly renovate villa (sleeps 6 persons) can create unforgettable memories at this unique family-friendly home with private pool, with three bedrooms (1 Double bed and 2 Bunk bedrooms) Bed linen is supplied free along with Towels, Bath room with duel basins and Toilet, Air conditioning plus fans, a living room with Satellite TV, Sofas and dining table looking out to the beautiful terrace and pool. The Kitchen is well stocked including Dish washer machine, washing machine and with easy access to the dining area inside or outside, unless you want to cook on the BBQ under the pergola. There is ample parking in the elegant gardens.

The Villa comes with a comprehensive inventory including, crockery and cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen utensils, 4 burner (gas) hob Electric oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, Internet, fans and air conditioning. All you need to enjoy a great self-catering holiday. Outside the Villa offers, Patios with pergola with cooking and dining alfresco.

The Apartment comes with a comprehensive inventory including, crockery and cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen utensils, 4 burner (gas) hob Electric oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, Internet, fans and air conditioning. All you need to enjoy a great self-catering holiday. Outside the Apartment offers, Covered Patio for your alfresco living.

EXCLUDED (NOT INCLUDED)

1. 400€ security deposit. Reserved to cover damages and electric used. Returned by bank transfer. (Excludes end cleaning where applicable).

2. 5 nights or less End Cleaning (180.00 EUR CASH on arrival) No cash no key.

3. Electrics Used (Meter reading on arrival and on departure) Calculated used units will be deducted / Charged at XXXXX current suppliers’ rates per Kw price. Removed from the 400Eur Deposit before being returned by bank transfer.
