In Calla Nisprer you will find our accommodation – Sun-Trek Home, Modern, Cozy and Airy family villa near the coast with the main town of Benissa at its heart. Our location is in beautiful part of the Costa Blanca with its own beach “Cala de la Fustera” and its own restaurant within easy walking distance from Our accommodation. Undoubtedly probably one of the most beautiful and cozy areas of the Costa Blanca, where you can enjoy almost all year-round crystal-clear turquoise water and the mountains only a short drive away, if you prefer then you can take off to the pleasant nature walks along the coast or in the mountains. The whole area is full of amenities and places to visit, helping you to make it an unforgettable holiday (See “our accommodation”).

Our newly renovate villa can create unforgettable memories at this unique family-friendly home with private pool, with three bedrooms (1 Double bed and 2 Bunk beds) Bed linen is supplied free along with Towels, Bath room with duel basins and Toilet, Air conditioning plus fans, a living room with Satellite TV Sofas and dining table looking out to the beautiful terrace and pool. The Kitchen cleverly designed so you can reach the dining area inside or outside, unless you want to cook on the BBQ under the pergola. There is ample parking in the gardens, we even include 3x bike rack for your bikes within the property.
All come with a comprehensive inventory including, crockery and cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen utensils, 4 burner (gas) hob Electric oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, Internet, fans and air conditioning. All you need to enjoy a great self-catering camping holiday. Outside the villa offer, Patios with pergola with cooking and dining alfresco.

The Kitchen cleverly designed so you can reach all you need easily, there a nice, covered patio outside where you can enjoy your alfresco lifestyle.
There is ample parking in the gardens of the property. - 400€ security deposit. Reserved to cover damages and electric used. Returned by bank transfer. (Excludes end cleaning where applicable).
- 5 nights or less End Cleaning (180.00 EUR CASH on arrival) No cash no key.
- Electrics Used (Meter reading on arrival and on departure) Calculated used units will be deducted / Charged at XXXXX current suppliers’ rates per Kw price. Removed from the 400Eur Deposit before being returned by bank transfer.
Check-in, Please advise on your arrival time (1 hour before your arrival contact the number supplied (in your Email) to reach our local Manager with your arrival time. From 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Free (No Surcharge) after 7:00 p.m. to 9pm Surcharge of €50.
