Holiday Security Deposits (NON-REFUNDABLE): To hold your accommodation, before final payment is made. We require Holiday security deposit funds paid for each per week booked to reserve or secure your holiday Reservation.

CLEANING / DAMAGE DEPOSIT (REFUNDABLE):  On arrival at your holiday location the staff will require a Cleaning / Damage – Key deposit (Refundable) of 100 Chf –  £100 – 100€ Payable in Cash to our staff . This will be returned providing the home and area are left clean, tidy and no damage as you found it and the key returned.

WEEKEND BREAKS: Holiday breaks of 4 or less nights including any Friday – Saturday and / or a Sunday will incur additional “Weekend Supplement” per day for the – Friday Saturday and /or Sunday you over night.

BED LINEN FITTING SERVICE fee apply. Between Season Open and up to 3rd Saturday in June and from the second Saturday in September to close there is limited BED LINEN FITTING SERVICE (Request reservation only)  BED LINEN FITTING SERVICE fees apply per bed.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES CHARGES APPLIED: These are services supplied over and above the normal services. Eg Handling of manual payments, arranging third party or services reservations and details and information. Min per payment or per hour for information collection

CLEANING SERVICE CHARGES: Where any guest departs leaving the home untidy and requiring cleaning/ maintance. The managers will estimate the time required to return the home to a Clean standard. These charges calculated in increments of per hour. (Removed from the guest Cleaning / Damage / Key deposit.

PAYMENTS BY DEBIT CARD AND CREDIT CARDS: we charge a handling fee of £20.00 per transaction for handling each payment manually on the Phone of On location. Minimum payment. Note not all location have card facilities.

BOOKING APPLIED FEE: In addition to the holiday cost, We may also charge a Booking applied fee. This will vary depending on the overall costs normally around 2%. This covers additional charges levied nationally and locally from Eco Taxes to local services and additional services we supply over and above your holiday accommodation etc.

CHANGE, ALTERATION, CANCEL HOLIDAYS or LATE PAYMENTS: Should you need to change, alter or Cancel your holiday we make a Admin fee per alteration.

LATE DEPARTURE: Altogold Ltd. Reserve the right to make a charge for “Late departure”, every 30mins after 10am (1000hrs). Charge  per 30 minutes delayed managers access.

OUT OF HOURS SERVICE CHARGES: Our managers often offer over and above the services required to our Guests through their holiday period. In return respecting their free time is important. Opening hours are normally 08.00(8am) to 09.30(9.30am) and 18.00(6pm) to 1900(7pm). Times can vary subject to managers commitments but from 1900 (7pm) to 08.00 (8am) will be clearly out of normal working hours. Requesting or contacting our Managers between 19.00(7pm) to 08.00 (8am) for non-life threatening issues will incur a minimum 50Chf services fee for “Out of hours services” paid for on the spot – at the time. Our Manager Service on location are happy to re supply gas between 0800(8am) to 2100(9pm). Examples where charges will apply Departure Accommodation inspection, or contacting the manager to locate your holiday home either by phone or waking them up outside of specified hours. Please not contacting the UK office out of normal office times are included in the Out of hours services terms.
